What we collect

When you send a form (audit request, contact message or call booking) we store what you type: your name, email address, website and message, plus the page you sent it from.

For security and spam prevention we also record your IP address, your browser's user-agent string and the time of the request.

If you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymous usage data such as pages viewed and how you arrived. If you decline, no analytics or advertising scripts are loaded.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, prepare the audit or call you asked for, and keep a record of our conversation.

To understand which pages are useful, and to measure whether our own marketing works.

We don't sell your data, and we don't add you to a mailing list because you filled in a form.

Who processes it

Form data is stored on our own hosting account. Email notifications pass through our email provider.

If enabled, analytics and advertising measurement are provided by Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads) and Meta. Testimonial videos are embedded from YouTube and load only when you press play.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we're in conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Ask at any time and we'll delete yours.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. You can change your cookie choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser.
